Key accomplishments include:
- Principal architect for the development of a Business Process Management system for a major
credit card processor. The system
- returned a 15% productivity gain in the contact center, which was equivalent to a $2.7 million dollar reduction in expenses in the first year;
- cut software costs and development time by 75 percent; reduced head count significantly; and enabled the firm's business managers—rather than programmers—to design and deploy business process workflows.
- Architected and spearheaded development of a distributed services framework for Alogent Corporation’s deposit automation remote capture and payment data archival systems. The framework established a foundation for the company’s planned transition to a more secure, scalable, service-oriented product suite while satisfying requirements for payment data archival capabilities being requested by a large customer. Products built on this foundation have exceeded customer expectations and led to significant company growth. Since the initial rollout in 2005 of products leveraging this framework, Alogent has increased its customer base by more than 800 installed financial institutions, and doubled the number of desktop licenses sold to more than 70,000.
- Selected by Hewlett-Packard to present innovative BPM solution designs at its annual HP TechCon technology leadership conference in 2004. This conference is by invitation only, and showcases HP’s most valued employees worldwide and their significant contributions to technology.
- As VP and Integration Services Director, led architecture, development, and organizational change efforts toward integration of the profitability and risk management products offered by IPS-Sendero (a Fiserv company). Successfully moved the company from structure and thinking based on individual products to development and marketing of an integrated product line.
