Bradley Rhine

Chief Executive Officer

Bradley is a founding partner and the CEO of Cogentes. He has over 20 years of experience delivering business value for Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll, and Financial services-related companies. He is a versatile, hands-on executive, with tremendous knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Internet technologies, large-scale transactions processing, and B2B integration. He has served variously as an engineer and software architect, plus executive positions in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for product and service entities ranging from pre-IPO startups to public companies in the Fortune 500. Bradley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Tom Glover

President

Tom is a founding partner and the President of Cogentes. He has over 20 years of experience delivering technical solutions for organizations both large and small, public and private, to help them attain their business goals.

In addition to a Computer Science background, Tom also has an electrical engineering background and it is this combination of skills that have enabled him to become a very talented software architect and technical leader. He is a hands-on executive who is highly skilled in software development processes and enterprise architecture activities. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science as well as a study focus in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA and has completed courses in Electrical Engineering for Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.

Dan Davis

Chief Architect

Dan is the Chief Architect at Cogentes, with over 20 years experience in software development, architecture, and program and project management. A published technical author, Dan is a strong strategic thinker and innovator who has helped numerous clients achieve success with their software development, systems integration or other large scale efforts. Dan’s diverse expertise in architecture, software development, process development and mentoring give him the background and flexibility to respond quickly and appropriately to clients’ goals while working with both business and technology leaders to achieve them. Dan has a Bachelors Degree in Art and Education from Furman University in Greenville, SC and has completed graduate courses in Linguistics, University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas, Arlington.

Rob Hagan

Executive Vice President

Rob is the Executive Vice President of Infrastructure Architecture and is responsible for the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions. He has 15 years of experience in the assessment, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects including architecture, consolidations, directory services, messaging platforms, high-availability, disaster recovery and business continuity planning as well as many other services.  Rob has a wealth of consulting experience having led many complex projects for mid, global and government organizations.  He has led projects that have taken him and/or his teams to Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa as well as North and Latin America. Rob graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and in Criminal Justice.

Craig Henne

Executive Vice President

Craig is an innovative, results-oriented architect, educator, and executive with over a dozen years of experience using technology to reach business objectives and eliminate barriers to business growth. He has a unique ability to bridge the gap between business and technology - and is a catalyst for delivering business value from IT investments.  This ability is the result of his varied experience and in depth knowledge of both the business and technology domains. Craig is a master problem-solver, able to deliver positive outcomes under mission critical pressure by blending his lengthy experience with an implacable resolve to identify and address root causes that stand in the way of business success. Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major of Economics and Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.

Bob Hughes

Executive Vice President

Bob is a senior executive, with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, IT alignment and restructuring, software development and creating organizational and operational efficiencies. He has held multiple roles including Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Information Services and Technology, Program Director, Director of Application Development and Application Development Manager, with companies that were from start-up state to Fortune 500 in maturity, and has gained tremendous skill in organizational and process development. He has spoken extensively on the areas of IP telephony, customer relationship management, project management and software development automation and has been quoted in industry magazines such as Application Development Trends, Computer Telephony and IP Telephony. Bob is a graduate of Montclair State University’s School of Music with a Bachelor or Music and a Master of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition.

David Leonard

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, David brings an extensive range of experience from the consulting world in the areas of solution selling, and services delivery. Prior to Cogentes, David was Vice President of Infrastructure solutions at MTI and formerly Collective Technologies, companies who deliver enterprise services and solutions directly to end customers as well as through major technology vendors such as Microsoft, EMC, Dell, and Symantec. David has also consulted extensively with these major partners, advising and directing on services development, sales training and services marketing. Prior to Collective, David was Director of Information Technology for a state-wide Health and Human Services organization in Massachusetts, and he has given numerous public presentations on topics ranging from “Server/Infrastructure Consolidation” at the National Laboratories Information Technology (NLIT) Summit to ”Shared Authentication Schemes” at the Museum of Science, Boston Technology Seminar.
