same time most IT organizations are under pressure to reduce
maintenance budgets.

Bradley is a founding partner and the CEO of Cogentes. He has over
20 years of experience delivering business value for Benefits, Human
Resources, Payroll, and Financial services-related companies. He is
a versatile, hands-on executive, with tremendous knowledge of
Enterprise Architecture, Internet technologies, large-scale
transactions processing, and B2B integration. He has served
variously as an engineer and software architect, plus executive
positions in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for product and
service entities ranging from pre-IPO startups to public companies
